Press Release: Echols County Sheriff's Office
After receiving complaints of possible narcotics activity, the Echols County Sheriff's Office conducted a narcotics investigation, which led to the search warrant being executed at 240 John Hampton Road, the residence of Marcus Robinson, 40.
A search of the residence revealed approximately 22 grams of cocaine and items including baggies, scales and cutting agents indicative of the sale of cocaine. Over $1000.00 in cash was seized also. Robinson was taken into custody and charged with felony possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute and two counts of felony possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
