People waited in line for hours to be among the first customers to get their hands on the new iPhone 5, the latest Apple device hit shelves this morning.
The line at the A T & T store on Magnolia Drive in Tallahassee wrapped around the store. The first in line set-up their chairs around seven o'clock last night.
For many people, camping out for the iPhone release has become a tradition.
Dylan Smith, Tallahassee Resident: "It's the latest iPhone. It's cool, it's neat, it has new features. And we just wanna get it in our hands. It's Apple. You can't go wrong with Apple. That's why."
The doors opened at eight a.m. sharp. The first ten people were allowed in to get their new iPhone. Extra staff and security was on hand to keep the line in check, but everybody remained calm and orderly.
