Tallahassee, FL - Tallahassee City officials are trying to make the C.K. Steele Plaza more than just a bus terminal. They want it to feel like a sense a place.
The city held 'Customer Appreciation Day' Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
StarMetro bus riders, staff, and community members got the chance to grab delicious food from local vendors, such as 'Dogs-A-Plenty' and 'Judi B's Gluten Free.'
Judith McGinnis, the owner of 'Judi B's Gluten Free' says, "This is the first time that I've done something like this. I usually do the market on Saturday. But, this is interesting. This gives them another option."
With the exception of today's Friday fun, special events will be held at the plaza every third Thursday.
