Valdosta, GA - Law enforcement officers from South Georgia and North Florida are cracking down on drunk drivers tonight in Valdosta.
Lowndes High School was where everyone met before they went out.
Tonight, they'll be setting up 15 check points throughout the city.
Roughly 250 cop cars are taking part in this operation. It's sponsored by the Governor's Office of Highway Safety.
The message is simple: anyone who's intoxicated behind the wheel is going to jail.
There are two helicopters as well, one from South Georgia Medical Center and the other from the Georgia State Patrol.
A total of more than forty different law enforcement agencies are taking part.
