One Tallahassee group gives back with its annual community service day.
Members of Daughters of Isis were out in full force at the Lincoln Center near Frenchtown. Today's event provides free goods and services to the homeless and other needy families.
Kids had a chance to get their face painted and to party with Big Bird. Organizers tell us the service day means a lot to those they are helping.
"They've been saying thank you because they're very appreciative of it," said Daughters of Isis president Rosa Tucker.
Lunch was also provided for those that came out. Daughters of Isis helped almost 300 people.
