Franklin County, Florida- August 29, 2012

Our area was spared from the full brunt of Isaac's force. But the wind and rain has destroyed some roads.

Tropical Storm Debby pounded parts of our coast with rain, leaving damage. Isaac didn't leave a widespread mark but it has ripped apart a portion of St George Island they tried to rebuild after Debby.

Most of what Franklin County saw from Isaac was a lot of wind and rain but that's caused a lot of erosion in the county. To fix this it'll take a half million dollars. Then to fix the bridge the barge hit during Debby will be 1.5 million. All in all it'll cost 6 million dollars to fix the roads throughout the county.
