FAMU Names Earl Holmes Head Football Coach

Tallahassee, FL -Earl Holmes will be FAMU's next head football coach. The former Rattlers defensive coordinator was announced at a press conference on Friday evening at the Al Lawson Center.

Holmes was the interim coach in the Rattlers final two games of last season.

Holmes is a graduate of FAMU High and FAMU and played ten years in the NFL.

His contract is for four years, $200,000 each year, but still needs to be approved by the FAMU Board of Trustees.
