Pedestrian Killed in Gadsden County Crash Identified
A pedestrian that died in a January 15th accident has been identified and his family has been notified, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

A pedestrian that died in a January 15th accident has been identified and his family has been notified, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Lucio Vasquez, 47, of Quincy, Florida has been identified as the deceased.

Gadsden County, Florida - January 17, 2012 -
The Florida Highway Patrol needs your help to find out the identity of a man hit and killed by a truck over the weekend.
The man was walking across US-90 in Quincy, Sunday when he was hit by a truck and died on scene.
FHP has not been able to identify him.
He was a Hispanic man with black hair and brown eyes.
He was about five feet tall weighing 110 pounds.
FHP says there was a scar on his left cheek as well as scars on his right calf and left ankle.
At the time of the crash, he was wearing a black jacket, tan pants, and
a blue sweatshirt.
He's believed to have been between 40-50 years old.

A truck hits a pedestrian near the Gadsden West Shopping Center. The incident happened on January 15th at 10pm in Gadsden County.
William Larimore, 30, was traveling east on US 90 (State Road 10) in the inside lane approaching Ben Bostick Road. As Larimore's Ford F-150 was passing the Gadsden West Shopping Center, the truck collided with a Hispanic male pedestrian in the inside eastbound lane. The pedestrian came to rest deceased in the center of US 90 and the F-150 came to a controlled stop facing east in the inside lane of US 90 east of the area of collision.
The pedestrian has not yet been identified.
Florida Highway Patrol was assisted by Gadsden Emergency Medical System, and Gadsden County Sheriff's Department.

The report says the pedestrian was IN the eastbound lane. I can handle my vehicle just fine, but if someone walks out in front of me unexpectedly, there's not much reaction time.
