11yoa 5’00, 100lbs, short black hair, brown eyes, last seen wearing a Red and Black stripe shirt, dark blue jeans and red low top shoes (with no shoe laces).
Harvin was last seen in the area of High Rd and Sharon Rd around 4PM on 02/11/13. He has been known to frequent the area of Joe Louis St and Alabama St.
