Tallahassee, FL - The lights are being raised, about 400 chairs are being set on the floor, and the 32-foot tall screen has been suspended from the ceiling.

Workers are preparing for FSU's official BCS National Championship Watch Party at the Leon County Civic Center Monday night.

Brandon Bowden, the FSU Olgesby Union Associate Director, says, "It's not quiet like being at Doak Campbell stadium. But, we're still going to provide an atmosphere where Seminole fans can gather together and cheer on our Seminoles."

There will be a DJ, live entertainment, prizes and games at the watch party. Concession will be open where fans can buy food and beer.

It is FREE and opened to the public. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the pre-game starts at 8.

As soon as there's a Seminole a win, fans will be able to take off their ACC Championship shirts, and put on a BCS National Championship shirt.

Academy Sports and Outdoors on Mahan Drive in Tallahassee already has boxes of BCS championship merchandise printed and ready to go. If FSU wins, the store will re-open immediately.

Steve Weiland, the Store Director for Academy Sports & Outdoors, says, "So our fans can really show their excitement by being the first ones to wear the shirts to work, to school, to their day off, to wherever they're going that Tuesday. We want them to be the first ones to have it on."

DICK’S Sporting Goods on Apalachee Parkway in Tallahassee will also hold extended store hours in select locations immediately following the BCS Championship game in the event Florida State wins.

If FSU scores 56 points or more, auto dealers say anyone who bought a Kia from Kia Autosport in Tallahassee from January 2nd until game time Monday night, will get their money back.

Kia General Sales Manager, Justin Roberson, says, "It's the first time I've ever heard of this promotion before, so people have gotten really excited about it. It seems to be working so far, we've been very busy."

Roberson says FSU does not have to win, the team just has to make 56 points.
