A national championship, a Heisman winning quarterback and now a smartphone app.
It's called FSU Game Day. It's free and has everything you need to know before kick off and after.
Jason Dennard, FSU Assistant Athletics Director said, "Stadium maps, parking. information, shuttle, what gates are open, all the way down to where to find the closest restroom."
And yes it even has live game day audio.
But it's not just for home games every Tuesday the app will be updated with details about the next game. Like hotels to stay at and Seminole's events happening in the area. Fans in Dallas last week even had a frequently asked questions section to refer to.
"This is good at home or on the road. So when our fans travel with us to away games we want to make sure they'll have all the information they need as if it was their home stadium," said Dennard.
While the Seminoles are still on a high from last season officials say the national championship win wasn't the reason they created the app.
Dennard said, "Right now we know that we're gonna have really good crowds but we also know that we may not always have the greatest fortune as we have right now. So our goal is to entertain people the best we can. Make sure they have all the information at their finger tips so that they don't have to do any guess work at all."
The app was launched two weeks ago. Since then it's been downloaded over 6,000 times.
It's available for both androids and iphones.
