Court records show that charges have been dropped against an FSU softball player arrested in a domestic dispute.
Briana Hamilton was arrested last month after a confrontation with her ex-girlfriend at a home on Bannerman Bluff Drive.
Court records show that Hamilton signed a deferred prosecution deal on May 9th and had the burglary and assault charge dropped on May 13th.
Prosecutor Wade White confirms that Hamilton had to complete community service hours and anger management classes as part of that deal.

An FSU softball player has been arrested in a domestic dispute and suspended from the team.
Briana Hamilton - a power hitter and senior third baseman for FSU - is now facing burglary and assault charges for a fight with a woman with whom she'd recently broken up.
Arrest papers say Hamilton went to the woman's home on Bannerman Bluff Drive to retrieve some of her belongings and refused to leave. Arrest papers say Hamilton grabbed the woman by the neck and then slammed her into a coffee table.
A spokesman for the FSU Athletic Department says because Hamilton is charged with a felony, she was automatically suspended from the team.

Tallahassee, FL - An FSU Softball player has been arrested on burglary and assault charges.
23-year-old Briana Hamilton was arrested around 6:45 Monday evening.
Police say Hamilton tried to break into the home of a woman she had been dating after the two broke up.
The woman says after Hamilton broke into the home, Hamilton grabbed her by the neck and slammed her onto a coffee table.
Police say Hamilton confessed to the crimes.
