Tallahassee,FL - Folks got some help signing up for the health insurance through the Affordable Care Act today. The Enrollment Day took place at TCC where families were able to enroll in health care coverage through HealthCare.gov. Certified Navigators of the federal website were also on hand to assist people in learning about the new marketplace coverage opportunities and to help in getting them signed up. "We want to make sure that access to navigators is easy and accessible and that they know who the local navigators are in the cities that they reside in, so that they can go to them once we've moved on to the next city," said Jasmine Burney, HealthCare.gov Navigator.
The Florida Chain and the Panhandle Area Educational Consortium were the host of the Affordable Care Act Enrollment day.
