Arrests Made In Local Hunting & Clothing Store Robbery

Thomasville, GA - Two teens have been arrested in connection with a recent burglary of an hunting store.

19-year-old Devarus Lane and a 16-year-old whose identity has not been released were arrested this afternoon

Thomasville Police say both face several charges, including burglary, criminal damage to property, and possession of a firearm. The teens allegedly admitted to breaking into 'Kevin's Gun Store' and stealing five guns this past Sunday.

Lane is being held in the Thomas County Jail. The 16-year-old was taken to a youth development center.

Thomasville, GA - Investigators are looking for the person or people responsible for stealing firearms from a local hunting and clothing store.

According to Thomasville Police, at least five guns were stolen from Kevin's, located along Broad Street.

Police arrived to the store after an alarm went off shortly after 5:45 Sunday morning.

That's when they found the front door had been pried open.

Inside the business, a glass showcase had been busted and at least five firearms had been taken.
