Tallahassee FL- A Florida Highway Patrol car caught fire this afternoon on the off-ramp of I-10, that's near mile marker 209.
FHP says the fire started on the back end of the vehicle. Once ignited, it burned the car's side and tires. They explained to Eyewitness News that the Tallahassee Fire Department was able to put out the flames. The fire rescuers that arrived believes grass may have got caught and started on fire when the trooper drove through the median. Fortunately the driver was not injured.
