Tallahassee, FL - Florida State University is making it easier for people to search through their library collections.
The university has launched a digital library that features some of their special collections as well photos, maps, and even yearbooks. The library is available to everyone, not just students. Krystal thomas, with FSU Libraries, says this tool is a great way to share research and archives at the university.
"I think you need a physical building for students to come and use the books, cause there's no way to replace an actual book, but what we can do is make it more searchable, we can make it more findable", says Thomas. "And we can share it with more than just the students who are able to be here on campus."
