Ga. homeless man lit on fire, critically injured

COLUMBUS, Ga. (AP) -- Authorities in Columbus say a homeless man is in critical condition after being lit on fire during an argument.

Police say the 48-year-old man is being treated at the Midtown Medical Center for burns to his upper torso. Officials say the man was involved in an argument at a tent city near a highway Tuesday night.

Fire Marshal Ricky Shores says authorities are investigating a potential suspect, whose identity hasn't been released.
