Quincy, FL - The Gadsden County Big Bend Hospice is in need of volunteers.

Volunteers help caregivers with their services, or simply allow the caregivers to simply sit down and rest for a few a while.

Big Bend Hospice provides home care for terminally ill patients.

Volunteers can provide respite, companionship, and care for patients and families.

Gadsden County resident, Tommy Johnson, says he appreciates the services of the Big Bend Hospice. He says, "My mom passed and Big Bend Hospice came in. They were very great. Their service is very good."

Anyone interested in volunteering, please contact Travia Cromartie, Volunteer Coordinator at the Big Bend Hospice Quincy office. The number is (850) 556-1786.
