He was arrested several times after his acquittal in the shooting death of 17-year old Trayvon Martin. He's even sold artwork online.
But now George Zimmerman is stepping into the ring and challenging anyone to a boxing match.
CBS 12 spoke to Celebrity Boxing promoter Damon Feldman who's handling the fight. He says rapper 'The Game' has shown a strong interest in taking on the man who was found not guilty of shooting and killing 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
The fight will be on March 1st but a place has not been determined.
Feldman did say Zimmerman will not be paid for fighting but instead proceeds will go to a still undetermined charity. CBS 12 asked if the "Trayvon Martin Fund" would be considered and Feldman said no charity has been decided.
