Quitman, GA -- February 2, 2012 --

WCTV was proud to honor Ms. Jenna Coffee, a 4th grade teacher from Quitman Elementary school in Quitman, GA as our teacher of the month!

Ms. Coffee is in her third year of teaching. She was presented with a trophy and multiple gift certificates as an award. She got into teaching because she was inspired as a student by one of her teachers, and now her students are the best part of her job.

"Tthe sweet little hugs that i get everyday...the kids that pass me in the hall way and sometimes I may not even know their name but they know mine and say 'hey Ms. Coffee!' and it just brightens my day," she said.

Ms. Coffee said that the award meant that someone in the community thought she was making a difference, and she hopes to continue making a difference for her students.
