Juvenile Bystander Hit During Shooting Incident
Tallahassee, FL -- July 7, 2012
Approximately 1:33PM, the Tallahassee Police Department responded to the area of Putnam and Meridian Street. The preliminary investigation indicates a shooting incident. A juvenile bystander was shot during that incident. They have been transported to a local hospital and are in stable condition. Members of the Tallahassee Police Department’s Violent Crimes Unit are on scene. Investigators are continuing to interview witnesses and collect evidence. The investigation is ongoing and active so details are limited at this time.
