Firefighters had to control two brush fires in one Tallahassee lake bed.
The Lafayette Lake caught fire Wednesday afternoon. The Tallahassee Fire Department and Florida Forest Service helped contain the blaze.
Officials investigating the flames says the fire is suspicious and will continue to look into how it started.
"One," said Todd Schoreder of the Florida Forest Service. "We put double lines around the fires and we're addressing it with an engine with water."
No businesses or houses were in danger from the fire.
