Tallahassee, FL - September 27, 2012
A Leon County Grand Jury indicted three people on murder charges today, September 27, 2012.
Two of the murders happened blocks apart the same day, August 25th. Raynard Ford was indicted for first degree murder in the shooting death of Devonn Bruton.
Seldrick Newby was indicted for first degree murder in the death of Maurice Smith. That happened right outside Monroe's Pool Hall.
And Leon Akins was indicted in the murder of Willie Stephens. Stephens was stabbed to death in his own home in the Meadows mobile home park September first.
