Tallahassee FL- Tonight we made our way to one local town to learn how traveling has evolved throughout history.

A Smithsonian institution exhibit called "Journey Stories" is visiting Monticello right now. The exhibit includes thirty historic photos from Jefferson County and historical references to other forms of travel throughout the ages.

"So, it's really interesting to hear how people came to this area and this we hope will get them interested," explained the Main Street Monticello Program Director, Anne Holt.

The exhibit will be open at the Main Street Monticello facility from Wednesday through Saturday until the twenty second of February. We were told the exhibit encourages people to start thinking about their families history.
