Tallahassee,FL - A local couple will get a newly renovated home soon. Through property grants from the City of Tallahassee and labor provided by the members of First Baptist Church of Tallahassee, Gary and J.C. Montgomery will get a renovated home in the area they feel called to serve.
The Montgomery's are the directors at Living Stones International, a faith based organization that works with children of inmates at Wakulla Correctional Institution. They are moving into the Griffin Heights neighborhood. "For God to lead us to this community, it is being able to come and impact and show our light Through our light other folks don't have to be afraid and that you can come in and make a home right here in the inner city," said Gary Montgomery.
The work on renovating the Montgomery home will continue into 2014.
