The Tallahassee Police Departments Special Victims Unit is seeking assistance in locating Murphy. Murphy was last seen at 301 S Monroe St (Leon County Courthouse) on 8/30/12, around 2:30pm. She was last seen wearing a blue, red and yellow striped shirt with jean leggings.
