Two Maclay Seniors sign with the Naval Academy Tuesday, and their friends and family were there to support them.

Trevor Carson and Patrick Swain will both attend the Naval Academy this summer.

The student athletes will both be going on to play their respective sports. Carson is a gymnast and Swain is a runner. Both are excited to have this honor.

Carson said, "It feels great. It's been a sport I've loved all this time, and to be able to have a chance to continue it after high school is just awesome."

"Glad to have my family and friends out, and some of my old teachers and everything. It's just a really good feeling. I feel like I have a lot of support," said Swain.

Maclay students and staff cheered for the boys as they talked about their decision. Their parents also thanked the coaches and the school for helping them along the way.

Trevor was always the greatest sport"star" I have ever seen. It is no surprise he has made such a wise choice. Good Luck for all the coming years.
