That little bit of sunshine we've been squeezing out this morning is what "unsettles" me a touch. The atmosphere is ripe for some THUNDERSTORMS, and the sunshine destabilizes things further. The SPC has us in a "SLIGHT RISK" for SEVERE WEATHER... I'm not convinced we're going to get the nasty nasty, in our immediate area, but there's likely to be some to talk about to our North and West.
It's still probably going to be later this afternoon (after 2 before the line moves into our Western sections of South Georgia and later than that for the Florida areas - like 4pm)
Some downpours are possible, as will be some strong winds.
Keep checking in with us throughout the afternoon for more updates... and connect with us on the Facebook and Twitter for even more updates!
PS... COOLER WEATHER IS COMING TOMORROW NIGHT!
