On Thursday night at approximately 8:15pm the Tallahassee Police Department was called to a traffic crash in the 4400 block of Tennessee Street involving a motorcycle and a minivan. Emergency personnel treated the driver of the motorcycle until he was transported to a local hospital by Leon County EMS, where he continues to receive treatment for his injuries.
TPD’s Traffic Homicide Investigators came to the scene and have assumed the investigation. At this time they are analyzing evidence and interviewing all witnesses. Investigators are asking any community members who may have witnessed the crash, but did not remain on scene, please contact TPD at (850) 891-4200.

Tallahassee, FL - Tallahassee Police Department say a motorcycle traveling west-bound on Tennessee Street crashed into the back of a minivan
The driver of the motorcycle was immediately taken to a local hospital and his status is unknown at this time.
The driver of the minivan was unharmed.
A section of Tennessee Street was blocked off for roughly three hours as police worked the scene.
