Thomasville, GA- A New Years Eve party ended badly after one man was arrested for running someone over with his truck.
According to Thomas County Sheriff's Deputies an altercation broke out around 3:30 a.m. on Jan. 1 at a house along 12 Mile Post Road in Thomas County.
Adam Maxwell, 23, is charged with aggravated assault and driving under the influence after witnesses say he ran a man over with his truck.
Deputies say the victim suffered a broken bone in his arm, as well as bruises and abrasions.
Maxwell's bond was set at $5,000. At last check, he was still in Thomas County Jail.
