DICK’S Sporting Goods Store Coming To Tallahassee

Pittsburgh, July 29, 2013–DICK’S Sporting Goods (NYSE: DKS), the largest U.S. based full-line sporting goods retailer, has announced that a new store will be opening soon in Tallahassee, FL.

The new store is expected to open in summer 2013 and will feature Nike, adidas and Under Armour shops, athletic and outdoor footwear and the latest gear for team sports, fitness, camping, hunting and fishing.

DICK’S is committed to serving its local communities through the efforts of its Community Marketing and Community Youth Sports programs, which work with local organizations to support schools and youth organizations in their pursuit of sports and outdoors.

DICK’S expects to open a similar amount of stores in 2013 as they did in 2012. To celebrate the new store in Tallahassee, DICK’S will host a three-day weekend of grand opening festivities with a variety of giveaways and special appearances in-store.
