Her name was Twayla Ragin. She was a mother of three - visiting Tallahassee and getting ready to move here from Atlanta.
Her two aunts and uncle were looking forward to spending more time with her, but instead, she was killed in a hit-and-run accident.
"We want to put a face to this tragedy and not just think that she was some unknown person, that she has a family that loves her," said Verna Jones, Ragin's aunt.
"It devastated everybody. The whole family," said Early Jones, Ragin's uncle.
"She was just a wonderful person and a people person and loved to go out and have fun and just enjoy herself," said Gloria Gibson, also Ragin's aunt.
It all happened February 15 on Osceola Street near the Top Flite club in Tallahassee.
Police said just before 2 a.m., Ragin and her boyfriend, Anthony Gibson, were in the street when the car hit them and fled.
TPD said before the crash, officers were already at Top Flite dealing with another situation. They said those officers heard the car hit the victims outside.
Gibson survived. Ragin did not. It's weeks later and still no arrest has been made.
"If anybody knows anything, come forward. Right now," Early said.
TPD describes the suspect's car as a dark-colored Chevy Impala between the model years of 2007-2009.
"Any bit of information can help and so just think about if it was your family member," Verna said.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Tallahassee Police Department at 850-574-TIPS.

Tallahassee, FL - "I heard sounded like two gunshots at the moment and then saw a car flying past me," said Tiffany Thompson, Witness of hit and run.
Tallahassee Police said the suspect of the hit and run that killed one person and injured another was driving down Osceola Street outside of the Top Flight Night Club in a dark colored Chevy sedan.
"Turning around and seeing where the car came from and seeing the body laying there on the side that's when I immediately figured out it wasn't gunshots that it was a hit traffic accident," said Thompson.
39-year-old Twayla Ragin was killed by the hit and run driver, while 39-year-old Anthony Gibson is being treated for his injuries at a local hospital.
A small memorial of a cross, white roses and a teddy bear has been place at the scene in Ragin's honor.
"For the parents and the family to get a call at 2:30-3:00 o'clock in the morning saying that your child is deceased, that's a hurting thing and you have no clues of what's going on," said Walter Linton, Witness to hit and run.
TPD is asking if you have any information on the suspect to please contact them at 606-5800 or Big Bend Crime Stoppers at 574-TIPS
