Tallahassee, FL - The Tallahassee mall was packed with parents, grandparents and their little ones Wednesday - all for a chance to take advantage of a semi-annual sale for kids items.

It's called the One Week Boutique. Back in 2006, three local mothers started the business.

People sign up to sell off items such as bikes, clothes, toys - the list goes on.

Then the One Week Boutique crew organizes the stuff and sells to the public. Organizers say people can get up to 70 percent off of items you would find in a retail store.

"It's great bargains. Better than what you can find in a garage sale, not retail prices. Everything has been inspected for quality. Everything has been organized by size and type of toy and they can find pretty much anything you would need for a child from from birth on up to age 12 or 14," said Sarah Barber, one of the founders of One Week Boutique.

The event kicked off Wednesday for consignors, that's the people selling items - and for volunteers.

Thursday, October 17, 10am - 7pm
Friday, October 18, 10am - 7pm
Saturday, October 19, 10am - 4pm
