POW/MIA Press Release
Join with us to honor our POWs and MIAs who so selflessly gave up their freedoms and their lives, so we may enjoy ours, only to be left behind and forgotten.
We must do everything in our power to account for our brave warriors who remain unaccounted for and to assure that it never happens to another warrior ever again.
If you love anyone who is, or has ever stood in defense of our country this is a must do event. There are over 80,000 families who have not and perhaps will never have closure without your help. For they have not forsaken us.
Those who wish to ride/drive in the procession to the Capitol will line up in the southeast corner of the Governor's Square Mall parking lot starting at 10:00 AM.
Vehicle parking facilities have been arranged close to the Capitol grounds.
A $5.00 run fee to help offset costs of event will be collected at the staging area. We need you ALL there!
THIS IS A PUBLIC EVENT FOR ALL THOSE WHO
SUPPORT VETERANS AND VETERANS' ISSUES
Events are being held to amass support for POW/MIA issues, including revising and passing
A House Resolution(H.Res.231), which requires the government to establish a Select Committee on POW and MIA affairs.
When passed, this bill will require that our government conduct a full investigation of all unresolved matters relating to all United States personnel unaccounted for from ALL wars and conflicts.
