Leon County, FL - Testing on I-10 could slow your commute this week in and out of Leon County.
The Florida Department of Transportation will hold pavement testing along I-10 from tomorrow through Thursday. They say it will be a slow moving operation, but it should only cause minor delays.
It'll start at mile marker 193 east and go to county road 158 near mile marker 219. It'll also run east of U.S. 19 near mile marker 225 to the madison county line near mile marker 233.
The testings are expected to be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., so it should only really affect the morning rush.
You are reminded to watch out for traffic flaggers and pay attention to the lowered speed limits when traveling through construction areas.
