TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- City officials say there will be more periodic road closures in the area around the Gaines Street roundabout.
The most recent closure takes place Monday night until 6 am Tuesday morning. This allows the city to put down new pavement for pedestrian crosswalks.
While the city is making the roundabout area more friendly, expect to be frustrated if you're a driver.
More construction, combined with the influx of new students for the Fall semester, is causing a lot of traffic in the surrounding areas.
