MADISON, Fla. -- After meeting with a circuit judge today, Jessica Graham has been placed under house arrest, pending trial.
If Graham were to be placed in jail, the county would accumulate the costs of her baby, which is due in the next couple of days. This reasoning for her house arrest was coupled with her confessing to authorities.

MADISON, Fla. -- A pregnant Madison County teenager was arrested after committing two armed robberies at the same location on the same day.
Around 4 a.m. Thursday morning, Madison County Deputies were called to the Fast Track / Arby's on SW SR 14 to find that the suspect had already fled the scene after committing an armed robbery
A store clerk told deputies that the suspect entered the store with a semi-automatic handgun and immediately went behind the counter and demanded all the cash from the register.
The store clerk described the suspect as a 5'7" black male or female wearing over-sized camouflage pants, a dark t-shirt and a fisherman style hat.
Deputies were unsuccessful in locating the suspect that had robbed the store of $105.
Later that day, just before midnight, deputies were again called to the same location for another armed robbery that had just taken place.
The clerk described the suspect as a black female who appeared to be pregnant, wearing camouflage pants, a bright blue t-shirt, a black sweater, a camo hat and gray cloth covering most of her face. The clerk also recognized the suspect as the same person who had been in the store earlier that day.
The suspect, armed with a semi-automatic handgun, ordered two customers to get on the floor before demanding all of the money in the register. The suspect fled the scene in a white car with about $60 in cash from the robbery.
Within 3 minutes of a "be on the lookout" alert being issued, Madison police stopped the white sedan on Lee Street. Police searched the vehicle and found $60 tucked in the visor along with several garments the suspect was described as wearing in the trunk. An air pistol was also found resembling a semi-automatic pistol.
Jessica Graham, 19, of Madison was arrested and her vehicle was towed the Sheriff's impound. Graham confessed to committing both armed robberies along with a shoplifting incident at Winn-Dixie.
Graham was charged with two counts of Robbery with a Deadly Weapon and one county of Theft. She also told investigators that she was pregnant and her expected delivery date is this Sunday, August 24th.
