Atlanta, Georgia – Feb. 7, 2012 -

Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp today issued his final decision on challenges contending that President Barack Obama does not meet the State of Georgia’s eligibility requirements for his name to be listed on the 2012 Presidential Preference Primary ballot.

Secretary Kemp stated, “After careful consideration of Administrative Law Judge Michael Malihi’s initial decision and all record evidence based on the criteria set forth in this process, I find that the Respondent, President Barack Obama, meets the State of Georgia’s eligibility requirements. President Barack Obama’s name shall remain on the Democratic Party’s 2012 Presidential Preference Primary ballot.”

ATLANTA (AP) --

Barack Obama's attorney says he and the president will not attend a hearing in Georgia that seeks to keep Obama off the state's ballot over claims he is not a natural-born citizen.

Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi last week ordered Obama to appear at Thursday's hearing, but his attorney Michael Jablonski said he will not be there. Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp wrote to Jablonski on Wednesday that if Obama and his attorney don't show up, "you do so at your own peril."

Similar complaints have been filed in other states. None have been successful.

Jablonski said Obama has long made his birth certificate and other documents proving his citizenship available to the public.

The Georgia complaint wants to keep Obama's name off the state's presidential primary ballot in March.

I do appreciate all of the work that has gone into these multiple questionable mysteries surrounding Obama. Eventually, I believe all of this will come out, but not now. Obama is already President, more than half of the country elected him, making him the most powerful man in the country. He is not about to give up that power and there is no judge that can't or won't be bought to secure that power. I just hope free elections are not just a thing of the past. Seriously, who the hell is Barack Obama????

His mother also had some Native American ancestry. He is technically tri-racial. Why is it that people like you only speak of half truths?

McCain was asked to produce a birth certificate and show proof of citizenship. He did so. Anyone can go to a photo copier and make a contemporary certificate. Note no raised seal for the State of Hawaii on the contemporary Obama version copy online. Pesky-I am of mixed racial background. I stand by what I said. And you Pesky are foolish.
