The Florida State University President's Ring Ceremony will be taking place this Thursday, March 21st at the Westcott Building in the Ruby Diamond Theatre.
The actual ceremony itself with President Barron will be held from 5:30 to 6:30pm, and the traditional "ring dip" ceremony will occur at 6:51 (which in military time is 18:51, symbolic of the same year FSU was founded).
Students will dip their rings in the Westcott fountain to symbolize their connection to FSU.
