Speed Limit Change on State Road (S.R.) 61 (Thomasville Road)

August 30, 2012

Chipley- Based on the results of a recent speed study, the Florida Department of Transportation will increase the speed limit on a section of State Road (S.R.) 61 (Thomasville Road) in Tallahassee from north of 9th Avenue to south of Armistead Road/Gardenia Drive from 35 mph to 45 mph. Signs displaying the new speed limit will be erected Thursday, Sept. 6.
