Havana, FL - Imagine a natural flowing spring nestled right in your back yard. Well for Richard Chandler has exactly that. Chandler Springs in Havana is a natural flowing spring and is the first one build in the U.S. in 90 years. With the new Agritourism law Chandler wants to promote the spring for educational and sustainable purposes.
"This is part of the farm heritage in America and it should be preserved and people should experience that and be able to look back on that," said Chandler.
