Tallahassee, FL - As summer approaches families are starting to plan what their children will be doing. Today was a great day for families to experience Summer Camp Splash held at the Northwood Centre. There they were able to see many summer camp programs their kids could join. Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend, The Florida Department of Children and Families and Farmshare all teamed up for the event. Farmshare was giving out bags of bread, juices and canned goods to folks.

"Absolutely everything we have here is donated to us, we give it out free to the public to anybody who needs it we do not charge them anything", said David Reynolds, Quincy Farmshare Facility Manager.

Farmshare gave out 20,000 pounds of food today.
