A man accused of robbing a Tallahassee convenience store is accused of pulling the trigger too.

It happened at this BP on Apalachee Parkway at about 10:30 last night.

Police reports says the man used the restroom and when he came out, he went to the counter and told the clerk to hand over the money.

The store manager described what happened next.

"He told her to give him her money and she said no, she thought he was kidding." she said, "and he said give your money, don't make me take my gun out. He pulled his gun out, cocked it and shot the ceiling."

The clerk then gave him the money and he left.

The robbery was caught on surveillance tape. Employees recognized the man as a regular customer. They say he made no attempt to hide his face or his many tattoos.

Police arrested 30 year old Kenyon Graham on Idlewild Drive not far away.

The clerk - who employees tell us was working only her second night shift - has quit.
