A collision on Tharpe Street sends one car spinning and two drivers to the hospital.

It happened near the intersection of Tharpe and Old Bainbridge Road at about 11am.

Tallahassee Police say the driver of a Crown Victoria was headed eastbound on Tharpe Street and was turning left into the Old Bainbridge Square shopping center when it collided with a white Altima heading the other way.

Witnesses tell us the Crown Victoria spun around at least three times.

Airbags deployed in both cars and A TPD spokesman says both drivers were injured and taken to the hospital. We do not have an update on their conditions.
