Folks in Tallahassee flocked to a local church to indulge in tasty foods, all for a good cause.
Today is Food Truck Tuesday.
The trucks were set up at St. Paul's United Methodist Church on N Meridian Rd.
Part of the suggested $5.00 donation goes toward Manna on Meridian, which provides emergency groceries for local families in need.
"The theory is with the downturn in the economy, there are a lot of our neighbors that are suffering from food insecurities, so we offer nutritionally balanced bagged groceries as well as fresh produce to anyone who needs it. You do not need to qualify," said Stephanie Coughlin, volunteer coordinator.
Their goal is to raise at least $2500.
