A Tallahassee man is now facing federal charges for distributing child pornography.
Richard Tucker was indicted by a federal grand jury late last week and arrested last night.
Tucker was initially arrested by FDLE in October.
Now he's facing a two count federal indictment for possession and distribution of child porn.
Tucker will make his first appearance before a federal judge tomorrow.
Tallahassee, FL - Agents with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement Tallahassee Regional Operations Center Cyber Crime Unit arrested Richard Thomas Tucker, 46, on seven counts of distribution of child pornography and 15 counts of possession of child pornography.
The investigation began in September when FDLE agents downloaded videos allegedly containing child pornography from Tucker’s computer. FDLE, Leon County Sheriff’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations executed a search warrant at Tucker’s residence yesterday at 8398 Ivy Mill Way, Tallahassee, and the suspect was arrested.
The investigation continues. Tucker was booked into the Leon County Jail.
