Tallahassee, FL - A Tallahassee man accused of two rapes in Killearn is on trial for a second time.

Jake Butler has already been convicted and sentenced to life in prison for attacking a woman at the Cypress Point Apartments in 2010.

Now he is on trial for breaking into a home in Killearn Acres and sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl just weeks earlier.

The young woman testified she was a high school senior at the time and had just come home from church.

The young woman testified she was home alone that night in April 2010. She testified she was on her computer in her room when a man in a stocking mask threatened her with a knife and sexually assaulted her.

She says she never saw his face and could not identify him in court Tuesday.

Prosecutors say they have DNA to prove that Butler is the man who assaulted her.
