Tallahassee Police Reschedule Cadet 'First Night' Due to Weather

Due to the approaching weather system, the Cadet "First Night" has been rescheduled to next Tuesday, September 4th at 7pm.

Tallahassee, Florida- August 20, 2012

Are you interested in a career in law enforcement? If so, the Tallahassee Police Department has a program that may be perfect for you. TPD's Cadet Program is looking for males and females between the ages of 14 and 21 to take part in the program.

Cadets will receive police training, including crime scene, crisis intervention, firearms, first aid, investigations, traffic accidents, traffic stops, use of force, ride-alongs with TPD officers and much more.

When: Tuesday August 28, 2012

From: 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Where: Tallahassee Police Department, 234 East 7th Avenue
