The Tallahassee Mall may not be forced to close its doors after all.
Mall Manager Stephen Darby says LNR Partners, Incorporated bought the mall's lease today, Jan. 26.
The company is based out of Miami. The mall went up for public sale this morning at 11am, and LNR company was the highest bidder.
Foreclosure records show that the popular mall was in debt for more than 55 million dollars.
The mall manager says that the mall is still operational and open for business.
