Thomas University Offering Free Classes To Senior Citizens

Thomasville, GA - So you just retired and you're looking for something to do well we might have an option for you.

Thomas University is now offering free classes to senior citizens 65 and older. The school told us they made the decision to lower the age because they wanted learners of all intellectual backgrounds to feel welcomed on the campus

"A person can attend classes and enjoy lectures and interaction and working with other students younger and older, but you don't have to take test and you don't have to write papers. It's really up to the auditor how involved they want to be in that level of work."

There is still a $75 technology fee for those 65 and older that allows them to use TU Library Computer labs and online learning resources. The fee for all others to audit classes in $100 per credit. Classes start August 18TH. To view the courses being offered you can visit their website at:
